Roy ROY GUCCIARDI (President) is a Landscape Architect (University of Toronto '83) and a member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects. Prior to establishing his own landscape design business, he worked for several firms in landscape design and construction. He is also a certified arborist, horticulturist and licensed pesticide applicator and operator.
MARIA NICOLUSSI (Co-owner) is a registered horticulturist and herbalist trained with a Retail Floriculture and Master Herbalist Diplomas from Humber College and a Ryerson Polytechnical Landscape Design Certificate. She spent 11 years with the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation Department and worked in various horticulture-related areas. Maria recently became a Certified Retail Horticultural Technician. Maria
Nancy NANCY MROZ (Office Manager) Previously worked in a garden centre for 27 years in London, Ont. Working here since 1996. Her duties include purchasing hard goods, live goods and many other facets of the Garden Centre industry.
PAUL CHARBONNEAU (Landscape Foreman) has been in the landscape construction area for over 15 years. He has been a foreman for the past ten years and has a good knowledge of plants and their placement. His experience includes the Installation of interlocking stone & dry/wet laid flagstone. Paul

Ken is a professional landscape architect, contractor and project manager. His extensive customer service experience in the public sector, combined with his hands-on approach to design and construction projects compliments the Blue Willow team.
